ROBOTIC VISION SENSING FOR SUBROS (MARUTI)

Omron F160 Vision Camera is mounted at the tip of Fanuc 6-Axis Robotic Arm.
Used for Inspection of Heater Assembly of Car Air Conditioner.
Checking of missing parts.
Checking of correctness of assembled parts.
Robot facilitates movement of camera on five faces of the Heater Assembly and Camera inspects the components on each of these faces.
Omron CJ1M PLC is used for co-ordination and data hand-shaking between the Vision System and Robot.
Automatic Model selection from one of the seven model have been done with one fixed camera connected to F160 Vision Controller.

 

VISION INSPECTION OF CURRENCY NOTES FOR RBI

Omron F160 Vision Inspection system is used for very high speed (240 per minute) inspection of Currency Notes.
Two number of systems are used to cover the complete note.
System performs around 32 checks on each note in less than 1/10th of a second.
Settings storage for different denomination of notes provided.
